The owner should know about the trainer and obtain references before entrusting the future of any horse to them)</I></div> <div> This training agreement, made and entered into this _____day of ___________,20__,by and between_________________________as <B>trainee owner</B> and <B>Millikin Horse Training Center</B> as trainer; </div> <div> <B>Millikin Horse Training Center</B> is hereby hired to conduct training of _______________________ </div> <div> _______________________________, heretofore referred to as trainee. </div> <div> The term of this agreement shall be as negotiated by the trainer and the owner of the trainee. Barring gross negligence, due to the hazardous nature of horse training, owner of trainee does not hold trainer responsible for any present or future injury, harm, or death to trainee, persons, or property as a result of training or any future actions by trainee. Trainer, likewise, will not hold owner of trainee responsible for any present or future injury, harm, or death to its owner or employees as a result of training. </div> <div> In the event the horse(s) becomes ill or in need of major medical attention, the trainer shall care for the horse to the best of his/her professional knowledge and notify the owner or trainee for instructions.
